During that time, our contractors have completed over 50,000 jobs for our clients. We refer homeowners to the contractor that is right for their specific project, and we are the only company offering this service solely to homeowners in Eastern Pennsylvania, South Jersey and New Castle, Delaware County.


Pre-Qualified leads—We take the time to find out what each homeowner is specifically looking for from their project. We then send the Job Order to the select contractors we feel will best meet these expectations. Before you as the contractor contact a HomeNet Solutions client, you have detailed information regarding all aspects of the job and client expectations. This function of what we do is exactly what the homeowner is looking for—and it greatly increases the chance that our contractors secure the job. We never send out a lead that is unsolicited or not qualified.

Marketing—HomeNet Solutions acts as a marketing resource for your business by aggressively seeking out new, qualified customers for you in a variety of ways including direct mail, direct sales solicitation, local community advertising, multiple home shows annually, and social media campaigns. Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices, Fox & Roach Realtors use our services exclusively. We also continually market to our database of over 17,000 active homeowners.

Homeowner Follow Up—We respond to our customers within one business day, allowing you to get the homeowner’s contact and project details immediately, when the need is fresh. Since every HomeNet Solutions job is qualified, every job order contains the information necessary to help you secure the business. We stay in touch with the homeowners before, during, and after the project in order to maximize homeowner communication. This helps reduce any issues that might be an obstacle to getting the job or having a satisfied client. At the conclusion of each job, we personally speak to each client and/or ask our clients to complete our Customer Satisfaction Survey in an effort to ensure homeowner satisfaction and repeat business.

Our Network—While we are always looking for home improvement contracting professionals who excel at what they do, we accept a limited number of contractors in each field and geographic area; we want only the best of the best in our network. Since we match the contractors who only meet the specific expectation of homeowner and project, you compete with a very limited number of contractors for each job.


We ask all home improvement professionals to send us the following information for review prior to being accepted into the network:

  • A signed customer service policy, which we provide you
  • A copy of your certificate of insurance
  • Applicable contractor specific licenses and certifications
  • 5–10 references
  • Applicable literature on your business
