• Contractors are required to pass the QCT (Qualified Contractor Test) - a rigorous process where contractors are screened for:

  – reliability
  – dependability
  – competitive prices
  – quality of work
  – customer service
  – insurance and licenses

• Contractors are personally interviewed

• All contractors must sign and return our customer service policy

• Contractors must provide five to ten homeowner references

• Constant evaluation occurs to ensure contractors are meeting the HOMENET Solutions™ "Qualified Contractor" guidelines.
